All orders are fulfilled by a Missouri based , firefighter owned apparel business; Vision Custom Apparel LLC. 

Orders will be collected during the year, produced and filled on a quarterly basis. At the end of each quarter, order production will begin and will take approximately three weeks. Once production is complete, orders will be separated and shipped to the address listed in your order information. 

Q1 orders accepted from January thru March, and will be filled and shipped by the end of April

Q2 orders accepted from April thru June, and will be filled and shipped by the end of July

Q3 orders accepted from July thru September, and will be filled and shipped by the end of October

Q4 orders accepted from October thru December and will be filled and shipped by the end of January

Once production begins, all orders are considered final and will be shipped as ordered. No exchanges or refunds will be given at this point.
